Earth Cubed Store - Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Earth Cubed Store ("Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To make purchases, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT

All items sold through the Store (ranks, keys, boosts, etc.) are virtual digital items for use exclusively within the Earth Cubed game environment. You are purchasing a limited license to use these digital items, not ownership of the items themselves.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy in Section 8.

5. DELIVERY

Digital items will typically be delivered instantly to your in-game account. In the event of delivery issues, please contact customer support within 24 hours of purchase.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Resell or transfer digital items to other users
• Use unauthorized payment methods
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the Store or game
• Use purchased items to harass or harm other players

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines. Upon termination, access to purchased digital items may be revoked without refund.

8. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as technical issues preventing item delivery or use.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Store at any time, including removing certain items or features.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Store or digital items.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
